1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kee Metrics ("the Service"), operated by David Zimmermann ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kee Metrics is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides Amazon sellers with analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools for their Amazon business data, including Search Query Performance (SQP) reports and advertising metrics.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all billing, taxes, and payment processing. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on their account.

5. Free Plan

We offer a free plan with limited functionality. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free plan at any time without prior notice.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or generate through the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service; (c) share your account with others or resell access; (d) upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by David Zimmermann. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
