Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of your initial purchase or plan upgrade. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Refunds after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at contact@kee-metrics.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Once approved, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Free Plan

The free plan requires no payment and is therefore not subject to refunds.
